No Parking Space & No Toilet?? You Can’t Buy a Car / House

Don’t allow a parking space to stop you from having a car and Don’t allow a toilet from obstructing your construction project!

The days of purchasing a car for the luxury of having it are soon going to pass away. With the endless traffic congestion and the ever increasing pollution, the authorities have awakened and came up with new strategies to combat the same.

As per the proposed plan one can purchase any vehicle, be it a 2-wheeler or a 4-wheeler, only upon disclosure of parking space availability certificate to the concerned authorities. Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, the Union Minister for Urban Development stated that nobody would be giving permission to purchase a vehicle until there is valid proof about the parking space. He also added that nobody can get permission to construct a house or for the matter of fact any construction cannot be made until a proposed toilet plan will not be included in the blueprint of the construction.

So be it a new vehicle purchase or a new construction you cannot go ahead without the provision for parking space and toilets. He seemed keen on the vehicle registration process and stated that they have already started the concerned discussions with the Surface Transport Ministry pertaining the same. He specifically stated that Mr. Nitin Gadkari and also some concerned states are closely working together towards this move in order to make it easy for everyone.

This is a saddening news for all though. Never thought that unavailability of parking space and toilets construction could cause havoc in people’s lives like these. However, all the initiatives taken by the government are all for the benefit of the country as a whole done with a holistic approach. Sometimes the decisions and the rules imposed might be tough but it is all for the betterment of people in the long run. Whatever the outcome cooperate and work with government.
